Sharon has over twenty-five years of experience in higher education, in roles in academic medicine within the Texas Medical Center (TMC).

As Executive Director of ENRICH, she facilitates initiatives that foster cross-institution collaborations to advance premier health-related research, strengthening partnerships with Rice University and the Texas Medical Center to support the translation of research into impactful innovations in patient care.

Pepper holds a doctorate degree in Education and an MBA.
